CHILLI POTATO(CHINESE STYLE)


This is one my favourite recipe.i saw this recipe from the net.was juz browsing over the net n juz came across this recipe and i really liked it n tried it n it came out really well i.e CHILLI POTATO.i hv done few innovations to it.

INGREDIENTS:

1.4 to 5 medium or large potatoes:sliced into long pieces

2.3 to 4 capsicum cut into square pieces

3.2 to 3 onions cut into square pieces

4.3 to 4 green chillies finely chopped

5.3 to 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped

6.a small piece of ginger finely chopped

7.some amount of cornflour for making the batter(maida can also be used)

8.some amount of water for making the batter

9.oil :as required

10.soya sauce:5 to 6tsp

11.tomato sauce:5 to 6 tsp

12.chilli sauce:2 t0 3 tsp

13.ajinomotto:3to 4tsp

14.salt:to taste

METHOD:

1.Mix the cornflour with water,soya sauce,chilli sauce and tomato sauce in a small bowl.Add some salt and ajinomotto.Just ensure that that the batter is thick enough to coat the potatoes.

2.put the potato pieces into the bowl 3 to 4 pieces at a time and properly coat the potatoes with the batter.

3.heat oil in a kadhai ,and fry each of the coated potato pieces till crispy and brown

4.drain the potatoes and keep it aside

5.in the kadhai heat 2 to 3 tsp of oil.add the chopped chillies,garlic and ginger to it.add the onion and capsicum into it and fry for some time about 3 to 4 minutes .do not let it over - fry or,turn brown

6.add water to it and put soya sauce,tomato sauce and chilli sauce along with salt and ajinomotto

7.put the fried potatoes into the mixture and let it cook for some time till the potatoes turns tender

8.serve hot and enjoy it in chilled winters.

VEG CHOWMEIN (NOODLES)


HEY FRNDS.FIRSTLY I M VERY VERY SORRY FOR NOT POSTING RECIPES FOR A VERY LONG TIME.ACTUALLY I WAS TOO BUSY N I WAS WAITING FOR MY RESULTS .ACTUALLY M SIDE BY SIDE DOING GRADUATION.N I WAS TOO TENSED ABOUT MY RESULT.AND FINALLY MY RESULT HAS COME AND I HAVE PASSED AND GONE TO FINAL YEAR.SO I WANTED TO SHARE MY HAPPINESS WITH YOU FRNDS.NOW M IN FINAL YEAR THAT IS LAST YEAR AND NEXT YEAR THIS TIME I LL BE A GRADUATE WHICH IS A HAPPY THING AND IMPORTANT THING FOR ME.WISH BE LUCK SO THAT THIS LAST YEAR OF MY GRADUATION I STUDY WELL N PASS WITH VERY GOOD MARKS AS I DID FOR 2ND YR.

NOW COMING BACK TO MY FOOD RECIPE.TODAY I LL BE POSTING A RECIPE OF VEG CHOWMEIN AND MY RECIPE OF VEG CHOWMEIN(NOODLES) IS REALLY EASY AND TASTY RECIPE .ITS VERY EASY TO MAKE.SO HERE GOES THE RECIPE OF VEG CHOWMEIN(NOODLES)

INGREDIENTS:

1.chowmein(noodles)boiled: 1 pkt

2.beans:half cup(chopped into thin slices)

3.ginger paste:2 tsp

4.garlic paste:2 tsp

5.spring onions (chopped):half cup

6.carrot(gajar)chopped into thin slices:half cup

7.capsicum(shimla mirch)chopped into thin slices:half cup

8.oil:for frying

9.chilli sauce:1 tsp

10.soya sauce:4 to 5 tsp

11.vinegar:3 tsp

12.agenomotto:1 tsp

13.salt:to taste
METHOD:


1.Heat oil in a kadhai

2.put ginger paste and garlic paste.

3.when ginger garlic paste little bit changes colour then put spring onions.

4.when the spring onions turns little soft then put all the vegetables chopped into thin slices.vegetables which u ll have to put are (beans,carrot and capsicum)

5.when the vegetables are fried that is they are to some extent becomes soft then put boiled
chowmein(noodles)and mix the noodles properly with a large fork or large spoon.see that noodles do not break.

6.after putting chowmein(noodles)put salt,agenomotto and all the sauces that is vinegar,chilli sauce and soya sauce and again mix it with a fork

7.then transfer it into a serving plate and serve it hot with any chinese gravy of ur choice .

POTATO AND CHEESE CROQUETTES


Well frnds this is one of my mom's innovated recipe.This is the best evening snack.its a combination of mixture of potato n cheese in it.n it has a yummy taste.perfect for evening snack.Do try my mom's innovated recipe,because when i tried this recipe myself it came out really well.so do try it n tell me how it came out.

INGREDIENTS:

1.Potato(boiled and mashed):5 to 6

2.cheese cubes:6 to 7(grated)

3.ginger chopped:5 to 6 tsp

4.salt:to taste

5.cornflour:5 to 6 tbsp(for binding)

6.bread crumbs:5 to 6 tbsp(for binding n coating)

7.oil:for frying

METHOD:

1.Firstly mash the boiled potatoes and in this boiled potato mixture put cheese grated,chopped

ginger,salt,cornflour and bread crumbs.

2.once you have put these ingredients then make a dough of it.

3.then after making dough of it make into oblong shape as shown in the pic

4.then coat these oblong shape with bread crumbs.we are coating it with bread crumbs so that

croquettes are crispy .

5.then after coating it with bread crumbs.put oil in a pan or kadhai ,if u want to deep fry the

croquettes then do it in a kadhai or if u want to shallow fry the croquettes then do it in a pan.its

your wish if u want to deep fry it or shallow fry it.u can do any one out of 2 options.

6.then after frying the croquettes drain the extra oil in a paper.

7.and transfer 5 to 6 croquettes in a serving plate and have it with tomato ketchup and enjoy

the snacks with hot tea.

VEG ALOO TIKKI CHEESE BURGER


FRNDS THIS VEG ALOO TIKKI CHEESE BURGER I HAD TO MAKE 75 FOR THE FOOD ORDER WHICH I HAD GOT N I WAS NEW TO THIS KIND OF BURGER AND FRNDS YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THAT IT CAME OUT SO WELL DAT ALL 75 BURGERS WERE FINISHED N SOON DA PPL WHO ORDERED THE 75 BURGERS HAVE TOLD ME THAT SOON THEY WILL ORDER AGAIN .SO FRNDS YOU TOO CAN MAKE IT ITS VERY EASY TO MAKE N IT IS TASTY TOO.SO DO GIVE IT A TRY.

INGREDIENTS:

1.Burger Buns(Medium Size):as i brought it from dukes so 1 pkt have 4 medium burgers.so ppl who are new to making burgers can for a start juz buy 1 pkt of burger n ppl who have tried making burgers before can buy 2 pkt of burgers dat will make 8 burgers as one packet has 4 burgers so if u buy another pkt of burger it will have 4 burgers more.it also depends on shop to shop dat how many one pkt of burger has how many burgers.M writing the quantity of ingredients required of burgers if you are making 4 burgers.

2.butter(i used amul butter):buy 1 pkt of amul butter as i believe amul butter is the best

3.tomatoes(chopped into round pieces):2 will be enough we you make 4 burgers

4.cheese spread:buy 1 pkt of chees spread

5.potatoes(boiled):5 large

6.carrot(chopped n boiled):4 large

7.beans(chopped n boiled):half cup required

8.ginger:5 to 6 tbsp(chopped)

9.salt:to taste,put according to your requirement

10.garam masala:1 to 2 tsp

11.red chilli powder:1/3 tsp

12.cabbage leaves:4 small cabbage leaves required

13.bread crumbs:1/2 cup bread crumbs required

14.beetroot(boiled):1 small beetroot required

15.tomato sauce or tomato ketchup:for serving with the burger

16.onions(chopped):2 required

17.peas(boiled):less than half cup required

18.cornflour:7 to 8 tbsp

METHOD:

1.firstly make a mixture of boiled n mashed potatoes,boiled n chopped carrot,boiled n chopped peas,boiled n chopped beetroot,onions,ginger,boiled n chopped beans,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala n put cornflour in it so dat the mixture does not break n binds well .make this mixture n keep aside.

2.Now in a kadhai heat oil ,once the oil is heated up then take little mixture n make it into tikki n coat this tikki iwith bread crumbs n put it into hot oil n fry them in hot oil

3.once the tikki is fried then drain it in a newspaper n keep aside

4.now take one burger bun n slice this burger buns into two halves

5.now take a tawa n heat the tawa n but little bit butter in it n fry these two halves of bun which you have made n fry not the brown part of buns but the other white part of it .little bit it should brown not so much as then it will burn.

6.once the burns turn little bit brown then switch off gas .

7.now take one half of burn put cheese spread in it ,then put one tikki which you have made,then put one chopped round tomato,then put one small cabbage leave then again put one chopped round tomato n now take other half of one burn n put cheese spread in that too n now put the other half of one burn on the top that makes that one burger is ready.

8.to make more burgers do the same procedure that is frying the tikkis,frying the buns n making one burger into two halves,n putting ingredients required in the buns as told in earlier steps.

9.so now veg aloo tikki cheese burger is ready.

10.have it with tomato sauce it will be yummy

GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN

HEY FRNDS I HAVE BEEN NOT POSTING RECIPES FOR A LONG TIME.
 .ACTUALLY I HAD BEEN VERY BUSY AND NOW ALSO M VERY BUSY BUT THOUGHT THAT WE SHOULD NOT NEGLECT OUR PASSION  AND OUR TALENT.SO  NOW I LL BE AGAIN REGULARLY POST RECIPES EVEN THOUGH BEING BUSY AS THIS MAKES ME FEEL GOOD .SO FRNDS DO KEEP ON COMMENTING ON MY RECIPES AS YOU HAVE BEEN DOING BEFORE.THANKS.HERE'S THE RECIPE I HAVE POSTED THAT IS GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN .

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED  FOR GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN:

1.Babycorn:200 g


2.Garlic(crushed):1 tbsp


3.vinegar:2 tbsp


4.Ajinomotto:1/2 tsp


5.oil:for frying


FOR THE BATTER:

1.Maida: 1 cup(80 g)

2.cornflour: 1/3 cup(25 g)

3.salt:1 tsp


4.ajinomotto:1/2 tsp


5.red chilli powder:1/2 tsp


6.baking powder:1/2 tsp


7.water:1 cup(150 ml)


METHOD OF GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN:

1.Marinate the babycorn in garlic,vinegar and ajinomotto for 30 minutes.

2.Put all the dry ingredients for the batter in a bowl

3.Then add water to the batter to make a smooth batter .Do not make the batter thin or thick.it 

should  coat  and dip well with the baby corn.now keep this batter aside for sometime


4.now heat oil  for  frying  in a kadhai 


5.once the oil is heated up ,then dip  and coat  the babycorn in the batter propely which you have made


6.Then fry the babycorn in hot oil in a kadhai till golden brown and crispy


7.once the babycorn is done and then transfer in in a serving plate 


8.And serve hot with chilli garlic sauce and enjoy the taste of it.

ZAFFRANI PULAO

Frnds this is one of my favourite dish that is zaffrani pulao.It has good aroma of cinnamon (dal chinni) ,bay leaves and the most important thing in it is saffron (kesar).They are few more ingredients in it which makes it a good dish.So u ll love it n do try it.

INGREDIENTS:
1.Butter:2 to 3 tbsp

2.cinnamon(dal chinni):2 to 3 stick

3.vegetable stock:one and a half cup

4.bay leaves:2 to 4

5.uncooked rice:1 cup

6.almonds(badam):7 to 8(chopped into medium size)

7.saffron(kesar):few strands

8.salt:to taste

METHOD:

1.Melt butter with cinnamon stick

2.add the vegetable stock,salt ,bay leaves and two cup of water and boil

3.add the rice and cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes

4.add saffron and cook for 10 minutes or until the rice is tender .

5.sprinkle with chopped almonds(badam)

6.serve hot

Chilli Chicken






Hi everybody i was quite busy for few days dats why i was not posting new recipes n not doing blogging.So now m back with blogging and posting new recipes.And m posting my new recipe which i tried it out and never thought it will come out really well because its a non veg dish and i normally cook veg.But this time i thought of making a non veg dish n thought of juz giving a try and could not imagine dat for me non veg dish will come out well.So frnds here m posting a recipe of chilli chicken in indian style with a some amount of chinese ingredients.This i hv made more in indian style than in chinese style.i hope u all will like.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Chicken whole(cleaned and cut into pieces):1kg

2.Green chilli : 4 to 5

3.White pepper powder:1/4 tsp

4.Black pepper powder:1/4 tsp

5.yogurt (curd):1/2 cup

6.Turmeric powder:1/4tsp

7.Soya sauce:2 tbsp

8.Cornflour:2 tbsp

9.Ginger:1/2 inch

10.Garlic:4 cloves

11.onion:1

12.tomato:1

13.salt:to taste

14.oil:as required

15.capsicum(chopped into thick slices):1

16.Agenomotto:1/4 tsp

17.Red chilli powder:1/4 tsp

METHOD:

1.Cut onion and tomato into small pieces.Add ginger,garlic and paste.

2.Cut thin slices of green chilli

3.Mix red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,yogurt(curd),soya sauce,
cornflour and 2tbsp oil and marinate the chicken with this mixture for one hour.also add agenomotto

4.Then apply onion-tomato paste to the chicken and again marinate for one hour

5.Heat oil in a pan add green chillies,capsicum,white pepper powder and black pepper powder and fry

6.Add chicken marinade and fry until half cooked.Stir ocassionally

7.Mix rest of the cornflour and soya sauce in water and add to the chicken.

8.Add little water(about 2 to 3 cups) to make thick gravy and bring it to boil

9.Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame.keep a constant watch

10.Garnish it with green chilli on the sides and sprinkle chopped green coriander all over the chicken.

11.Serve hot.

Mini dal dosa(Green gram dal dosas spiked with onion,green chillies,ginger)

frnds  firstly before mini dal dosa recipe i hv posted kesar almond carrot kheer.do comment on it n all the credits goes to jay for introducing almond carrot kheer to her blog n i tried it n it came out really well.do comment on it.now comes my newly post of mini dal dosa spiked with onion,green chilies and ginger.those of you who are new to making dosas can try making instead of large n big dosas small dosas dats why i hv introduced mini dosas for those who are new to making dosas.must try it as m also new to making dosas.

 INGREDIENTS  REQUIRED:

1.1 Cup split green gram(green moong dal)

2.1 finely chopped onion

3.2 to 3 finely chopped green chillies 


4.1 tsp grated ginger


5.salt to taste


6.oil for cooking


METHOD:

1.Wash and soak the split moong dal in water for atleast 4 hrs

2.Drain and grind to a coarse paste.

3.Add the onion,green chillies,ginger and salt and mix well.

4.Heat a non stick tawa and grease it lightly with oil.

5.Spread a ladleful of the batter on the tava to make a mini dosa.

6.Smear a little oil from the sides.

7.Cook on both side till light brown.

8.Repeat with the remaining batter to make more mini dosas.

9.Serve hot accompanied by coconut sauce or coconut chutney.

Saffron Almond Carrot Kheer

I would like to thanks jay of tasty appetite blog to share her recipe of Almond Carrot kheer.When i saw this recipe on her blog with the picture on it i immediately bookmarked it and then tried this at home and believe me it came out beautifully first time itself.All the credit goes to jay for introducing this kheer to her blog.thanks jay.i hv done addition to it i hv added few strands of saffron to it n believe me the taste was super.

INGREDIENTS:

1.Almond:(Soaked and made into paste):15 to 18

2.carrots: (grated and made into fine paste):2  

3.Milk:2 cups

4.Sugar:put according to ur taste

5.Ghee:1 tsp

6.cashew :5 to 6

7.cardamon powder:a pinch

8.raisins:6  


9.kesar:few strands
  
METHOD:

1.Soak the badam overnight or in hot water for 2 to 3 hrs

2.peel off the skin of the almonds.

3.grate the carrots  to fine pieces.

4.now grind almonds and carrot in a blender to fine paste.

5.Take a pan add this almond carrot paste ,milk,sugar and cardamon powder.

6.when it starts boiling switch off the gas.

7.now heat a tsp of ghee  and roast grated cashew and raisins to golden.

8.add this to kheer.

9.also add few saffrons (kesar )to kheer.

10.allow to cool and serve chill n enjoy.

Vegetable Poha

Frnds  the recipe m posting that  is  vegetable poha is not a heavy snack and to make it healthy i hv put carrots,beans and peas to it.and i hv also put few potatoes to it also.if u want to make it more healthy then dont put potatoes into it but i hv added few potatoes to because it will taste more good with few potatoes to it.The recipe of vegetable poha which m posting is easy to make and at the same time healthy too.

INGREDIENTS  OF VEGETABLE POHA:

1.Chivda(pressed rice, flattened rice): 2 cups

2 .carrot(boiled and chopped): 1/4 cup 


3.Beans(boiled and chopped):1/4 cup


4.peas(boiled and chopped):1/4 cup


5.oil:for frying


6.potatoes(chopped): 2 potatoes required


7.onions(chopped) 2 onions required


8.red chilies whole:2 to 3 


9.curry leaves:7 to 8 curry leaves required


10.lemon:1 


11.black mustard seeds(kali rye):1 small tsp


12.peanuts:1 to 2 small tsp

13.salt:to taste


14.turmeric powder:1/2 tsp


METHOD OF VEGETABLE POHA:

1.Soak the rice and drain the rice and keep aside for some time.

2. Now take a kadhai,put oil in it and when the oil is heated up fry  peanuts in it.

3.when peanuts turn red then they are done  remove them from kadhai and and keep aside them on a paper so the oil frm the peanuts is soaked by the paper and all extra oil is removed from the peanuts

4.now in the same kadhai when the oil is heated up again fry the potatoes in it.when the potatoes turn golden yellow take out from the kadhai and put on the newspaper.

5.In  the same kadhai put the onions in it and when the onions are soft then after that put  red chilies whole,black mustard seeds,curry leaves.

6.then put rice in it and stir and mix it with the big spoon and then u put  the the ingredients which u hv fried that is peanuts and potatoes and then you put boiled vegetables that is beans ,carrot and peas to it 

7.then put salt and turmeric powder.

8.at the last squeez  the lemon and put in the rice

9.transfer it into a seving bowl and garnish it with green corriander and serve hot.

SOYA CUTLETS

SOYA  CUTLETS:

A Nutritive and delicious snack ,a hit both with the adults as well as children.do try it.

INGREDIENTS :


1.1 cup  soya granules(nutri nugget granules)

2.1 cup grated paneer

3.2 Bread slices - toned in pieces and churned in a mixi  to get fresh bread crumbs for binding

4. 5 to 6 tbsp cornflour for binding

5.1 to 2 tsp garam masala

6.1 to 2 tsp salt


7.1/2 tsp red chili powder


8.1 tbsp tomato ketchup


9.2 tbsp green corriander chopped


10.1 green chili chopped finely


METHOD:


 1. Soak soya granules in 1 cup of hot water for 15 minutes

2.Strain .Squeeze out the water well from the soya granules.(no water should remain)

3.mix grated paneer,bread crumbs ,cornflour,garam masala,salt,red chili powder,tomato ketchup,chopped green corriander,green chili and the soya granules.mix well

4.make small round balls first and shape into cutlets of the soya mixture

5.heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till crisp and golden.

6.serve hot with tomato sauce

EGG FRIED RICE(CHINESE STYLE)

LOVE U ALL. NOW  SEE MY RECIPE OF EGG  FRIED RICE WHICH I HV POSTED.


FIRSTLY I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT PPL WHO ARE VEGETARIAN  CAN OMIT EGGS AND JUZ PUT  VEGETABLES IN IT THAT IS BEANS, CARROT  AND  CAPSICUM  AND PPL  WHO ARE NON VEGETARIAN  BUT DO NOT HAVE EGGS CAN PUT BOILED AND SHREDDED CHICKEN IN IT.IN ANY CASE VEGETABLES ARE ESSENTIALS  IF U MAKE CHICKEN FRIED RICE OR EGG FRIED RICE  BECAUSE WITHOUT VEGETABLES THIS CHINESE FRIED RICE WILL NOT TASTE GOOD.

 INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR EGG FRIED RICE:

1.EGGS  REQUIRED :1 TO 2 

2.BEANS  CHOPPED: LESS THAN HALF CUP REQUIRED

3.CARROT CHOPPED:LESS THAN HALF CUP REQUIRED


4.CAPSICUM CHOPPED:LESS THAN HALF CUP REQUIRED


5.SPRING ONIONS  CHOPPED:HALF CUP REQUIRED


6.OIL: FOR FRYING


7.CHILI SAUCE:1/2 TSP OR PUT AS PER YOUR REQUIREMENT


8.VINEGAR:2 TO 3 TSP


9.SOYA SAUCE:1 TO 2 TSP


10.AGENOMOTO:1 TO 2 TSP


11.GINGER GARLIC PASTE:2 TO 3 TSP

12.BOILED RICE:1 CUP

13.SALT:TO TASTE

METHOD OF EGG FRIED RICE:

1.HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND PUT GINGER GARLIC PASTE ,AND ADD ALL THE FINELY CHOPPED VEGETABLES AS MENTIONED BEFORE (BEANS,CARROT,CAPSICUM,SPRING ONIONS).


2.NOW ADD THE BOILED RICE IN IT  AND KEEP THIS ASIDE.


3.NOW FOR MAKING EGG FRIED RICE U HV TO MAKE A SCRAMBLED EGG .


4.FOR MAKING SCRAMBLED EGG PUT OIL IN A PAN AND PUT 1 OR 2 BEATEN EGG AND PUT  LITTLE BIT MILK IN IT  AND MIX IT  WITH THE WOODEN SPOON AND NOW ITS DONE


5.NOW  PUT THIS SCRAMBLED EGG IN THE VEG BOILED RICE.


6.NOW ADD SALT AND AGENOMOTTO AND PUT ALL THE SAUCES THAT IS SOYA SAUCE,VINEGAR,CHILI SAUCE.


7.AND NOW YOUR EGG FRIED RICE IS MADE


8.NOW TRANSFER THIS INTO A SERVING DISH


9.AND SERVE HOT WITH ANY GRAVY DISH  OF YOUR CHOICE.

SHAHI PANEER

Hey frnds when guests or relatives comes over  to over your place this is the perfect dish to be served .i.e.shahi panner .so do try this also.The ingredients used and the method is given below:

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING SHAHI PANEER:


1.Paneer :1/2 kg


2.tomatoes large:5


3.tomato puree:1/2 pkt to 1 pkt


4.cream:1/2 cup


5.onion:1 to 2 large


6.garlic:5 cloves


7.ginger:1 small piece


8.green chilies:2 to 3


9.cahew nut:10 to 15


10.milk:1 cup


11.oil:for frying


12.salt:to taste


13.red chili powder:1/2 tsp


14.cumin powder:to taste


15.garam masala :to taste


 METHOD:

1.Cut paneer into square

2.grind onion,ginger,garlic to make a fine paste


3.make the puree with tomato


4.grind cashew nut with milk to form paste


5.heat oil in a pan


6.cook the onion,ginger,garlic paste and saute till golden brown


7.add tomato puree(homemade and market made),chili powder,cumin powder and stir it


8.add beaten cream and cashew nut paste and little water is added


9.add paneer cubes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes


10.remove from fire and garnish it with garam masala and green chili and serve hot

Summer Cooler Macroni Salad


Guys and Gals when its very hot and some of your 4 to 5 Frnds Are Coming to your place ,So What do u think we should make them eat?n theyare also feeling hungry and juz a soft Drink will not make their hunger go and at the same time its hot also n yourfrnds don't feel like eating something hot.So Guys and Gals m introducing to you SUMMER COOLER MACRONI SALAD ,the best salad to hv the in the peak of summers and i can assure your frnds very like.its very easy to make and this salad is refreshing.The ingredients used and the method is given below:
Summer cooler macroni salad:
Ingredients required :
1.macroni:100gm
2.mint leaves:2 bundles(25 gm)

3.tomatoes:5 to 6(350gm)
4.cottage cheese(paneer):100gm
5.oregano:1/2tsp

FOR FRENCH DRESSING:

1.vinegar:7 to 8 tsp
2olive oil:5 tsp
3. salt:pinch of salt
4.mustard powder:1/4 tsp
5.white pepper powder:1/4 tsp

METHOD:


1.Boil the macroni.after boiling strain the macroni
2.after that put into the salad bowl
3.add chopped tomatoes,cottage cheese,and oregano
4.And at the time of serving put the french dressing and the ingredients of french dresing have to be churned in the mixi then they hv to be put in the macroni salad.




NOTE:do not put dressing before only because at the peak of summers the dressing drys up put at the time of serving only wen ur frnds are about to eat the macroni salad
