GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN

HEY FRNDS I HAVE BEEN NOT POSTING RECIPES FOR A LONG TIME.
 .ACTUALLY I HAD BEEN VERY BUSY AND NOW ALSO M VERY BUSY BUT THOUGHT THAT WE SHOULD NOT NEGLECT OUR PASSION  AND OUR TALENT.SO  NOW I LL BE AGAIN REGULARLY POST RECIPES EVEN THOUGH BEING BUSY AS THIS MAKES ME FEEL GOOD .SO FRNDS DO KEEP ON COMMENTING ON MY RECIPES AS YOU HAVE BEEN DOING BEFORE.THANKS.HERE'S THE RECIPE I HAVE POSTED THAT IS GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN .

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED  FOR GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN:

1.Babycorn:200 g


2.Garlic(crushed):1 tbsp


3.vinegar:2 tbsp


4.Ajinomotto:1/2 tsp


5.oil:for frying


FOR THE BATTER:

1.Maida: 1 cup(80 g)

2.cornflour: 1/3 cup(25 g)

3.salt:1 tsp


4.ajinomotto:1/2 tsp


5.red chilli powder:1/2 tsp


6.baking powder:1/2 tsp


7.water:1 cup(150 ml)


METHOD OF GOLDEN FRIED BABYCORN:

1.Marinate the babycorn in garlic,vinegar and ajinomotto for 30 minutes.

2.Put all the dry ingredients for the batter in a bowl

3.Then add water to the batter to make a smooth batter .Do not make the batter thin or thick.it 

should  coat  and dip well with the baby corn.now keep this batter aside for sometime


4.now heat oil  for  frying  in a kadhai 


5.once the oil is heated up ,then dip  and coat  the babycorn in the batter propely which you have made


6.Then fry the babycorn in hot oil in a kadhai till golden brown and crispy


7.once the babycorn is done and then transfer in in a serving plate 


8.And serve hot with chilli garlic sauce and enjoy the taste of it.
