RUSSIAN SALAD


RUSSIAN SALAD:


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR RUSSIAN SALAD:

1 MAYONISE(HOMEMADE OR MARKET MADE): 1 CUP


2.BEANS CHOPPED SMALL(BOILED): LESS THAN HALF CUP

3. POTATOES(BOILED) AND CHOPPED:1

4.APPLE CHOPPED:1

5. CABBAGE SHREDED: I SMALL

6.CARROT BOILED AND CHOPPED:LESS THAN HALF CUP

7.VINEGAR:3 TO 4 TSP

8.SALT AND PEPPER:TO TASTE



METHOD

1.TAKE ONE CUP OF MAYONISE.ADD,ALL THE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES (MENTIONED ABOVE)INTO MAYONISE AND TOSS PROPERLY .

2.ALSO ADD ALL THE SEASONINGS AND PUT IN A BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR FEW HOURS.

3.SPREAD THE SHREDDED CABBAGE IN A SERVING PLATE AND SPRINKLE LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER AND VINEGAR OR LEMON JUICE AND TOSS.

4.REMOULD THE REFRIGERATE SALAD IN THE CENTER OF THE SHREDDED CABBAGE AND DECORATE WITH SLICES OF TOMATO AND CUCUMBER AND CUT FLOWERS OF EGG AND TOMATO .

5.SERVE CHILL .
