veg hara bhara kabab
Frnds this my experience which m sharing with you . Last year, like this year it was raining ,and in the rainy season wanted to have Something Hot snacky stuff,with tea.I was bored having pakodas as now now it has become ordinary item and nothing special about it anymore.Then finally i discovered,my innovation veg hara bhara kabab,which we can have in rainy season and for people who are diet conscious ,dont deep fry it,but you can shallow fry it in less oil.so frnds do try this in rainy season you will enjoy having and this is the best time as rainy season is going on.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING HARA BHARA KABAB:(VEG)
1. Peas (boil): 250gm
2.potatoes (boil ):5 to 6 large
3.spinach (boil):2 cup
4.ginger:2 to 3 tsp
5.green chillies chopped small:1/2 tsp
6.green corriander:2tsp
7.bread crumbs:1 cup(for binding and coating it)
8.cornflour:5 to 6 tsp(for binding it)
9. oil:for shallow fry
10.salt:to taste
11.red chilli powder:1/2tsp
12.garam masala:1 tsp
13.chat masala :1 to 2 tsp
METHOD:
1.Mash the boiled peas and and blend the spinach without adding any water.mix the mashed peas ,spinach puree,potatoes,green chillies,green corriander,salt,red chilli powder and the remaining ingredients.
2.Divide into equal portions and shape into medallions (round shape ball)
3.Heat oil in a frying pan to smoking point ,shallow fry until crispy and golden brown on both sides.Remove and drain excess oil.
4.Arrange neatly on a serving platter and serve hot accompanied by mint chutney(pudina chutney)
