veg.pasta in red sauce

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING RED SAUCE:

1. parboiled tomatoes:4 to 5


2.crushed garlic:2 to 3 tsp

3. tomato puree required:less than half pkt

4.tomatoe sauce:5 to 6 tbsp

5.salt: according to your taste

6.pepper:according to your taste

7.oregano:according to your taste

8.oil:5 to 6 tbsp

METHOD OF MAKING RED SAUCE:

1.parboil the tomatoes in water

2.when the tomatoes are parboiled ,allow the tomatoes to cool

3.when the tomatoes are cooled make a puree of it in a mixi

4.now take a pan,put oil in it and heat the oil

5.put crushed garlic in it

6.then put the puree mixture in the pan which u hv made from parboil tomatoes.put also market puree

7.then put in the puree salt,pepper and oregano

8.now your puree mixture is ready.keep this puree mixture at one side

since frnds we are making vegetable pasta so will require following vegetables that are:

1.gajar cut into long medium slices:8 to 9 slices reqired

2.capsicum cut into long medium slices:8 to 9 slices required

3.beans cut into long medium slices:8 to 9 slices required
A.put oil in a pan and fry these vegetables .

B.when these vegetables are crunchy then that means they are done

C.put these vegetables in the puree which you made

D.then at the end put boiled pasta in it


frnds at the end at the time of serving put this dish in the serving bowl and garnish it with grated cheese n your vegetable pasta is ready
