Ingredients
- potatoes 1/2 kg
- green coriander 10 gm
- green chilli 3-4 tsp
- ginger chopped 5gm
- bread crumbs 50 gm
- cornflour 10gm
- sessame seeds (white til) 50 gm
- oil for frying
- red chilli powder 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
1. peel and mash the potatoes
2.in a mixing bowl ,add the mash potatoes,along with red chilli,ginger,bread crumbs,cornflour and mix thoroughly
3.divide this mixture into equal portions and shape into flat ,round cutlets
4.pour each cutlet with sessame seeds and deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden brown colour .remove and drain excess oil.
5.serve hot,accompanied by mint chutney
