SOYA CUTLETS

SOYA  CUTLETS:

A Nutritive and delicious snack ,a hit both with the adults as well as children.do try it.

INGREDIENTS :


1.1 cup  soya granules(nutri nugget granules)

2.1 cup grated paneer

3.2 Bread slices - toned in pieces and churned in a mixi  to get fresh bread crumbs for binding

4. 5 to 6 tbsp cornflour for binding

5.1 to 2 tsp garam masala

6.1 to 2 tsp salt


7.1/2 tsp red chili powder


8.1 tbsp tomato ketchup


9.2 tbsp green corriander chopped


10.1 green chili chopped finely


METHOD:


 1. Soak soya granules in 1 cup of hot water for 15 minutes

2.Strain .Squeeze out the water well from the soya granules.(no water should remain)

3.mix grated paneer,bread crumbs ,cornflour,garam masala,salt,red chili powder,tomato ketchup,chopped green corriander,green chili and the soya granules.mix well

4.make small round balls first and shape into cutlets of the soya mixture

5.heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till crisp and golden.

6.serve hot with tomato sauce

These are very tasty and healthy cutlets. Just one suggestion try to stick with dark font color: since your page background is white so the light color font (yellow, that you have used for ingredients) is not visible enough. It was just a suggestion though...

I love this soya cutlet but never made with paneer . this sounds new and it is so filled with protein ...
