SPICY CHILI PANEER(CHINESE STYLE)

SPICY CHILI  PANEER:(chinese style)

INGREDIENTS  REQUIRED FOR MAKING SPICY CHILI PANEER:

This is a great recipe for spice lover ppl.ppl who dont have too much of spice can use less of chillies in it .believe me in this recipe if u put less of chillies also it will taste good.so non spicy ppl u can try this recipe by putting less of chillies,and for spice lover ppl this is the best recipe.ie SPICY CHILI PANEER.MUST TRY IT

1.Paneer:150 gm to 200 gm(Cut into Cubes)

2.green chilies slit half cross -sectional and cut in length:5 to 6

3.onions diced into long thin strips: 1 full onion required

4.capsicum diced into long thin strips:2 capsicum required

5.soya sauce:4 to 5 tsp

6.ginger,garlic paste:3 to 4 tsp

7.sugar:1/2tsp


8.salt:to taste


9.black pepper:to taste


10.oil:for frying


11.ajinomoto: 3 to 4 tsp

12.Cornflour paste:4 to 5 tsp
u mix water or milk any one with cornflour it forms a cornflour paste


13.tomato puree:less than half pkt required

14.chilli sauce:1 to 2 tsp

  METHOD OF MAKING SPICY CHILI PANEER:

1.Take a pan,heat the oil in it

2.Add the green chilies and ginger garlic paste

3. Then add onions and saute till they become golden brown

4.Then add capsicum in it and fry till they are tender

5.Then add tomato puree in it

6.Now put cornflour paste to make the gravy little thick

7.now add all the sauces that is soya sauce,vinegar and chili sauce

8.then after that add salt, black pepper and ajinomoto  

9.then finally at the end put paneer  cubes.

10.garnish it with 2 green chilies as shown in the pic below
