SHAHI PANEER

Hey frnds when guests or relatives comes over  to over your place this is the perfect dish to be served .i.e.shahi panner .so do try this also.The ingredients used and the method is given below:

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING SHAHI PANEER:


1.Paneer :1/2 kg


2.tomatoes large:5


3.tomato puree:1/2 pkt to 1 pkt


4.cream:1/2 cup


5.onion:1 to 2 large


6.garlic:5 cloves


7.ginger:1 small piece


8.green chilies:2 to 3


9.cahew nut:10 to 15


10.milk:1 cup


11.oil:for frying


12.salt:to taste


13.red chili powder:1/2 tsp


14.cumin powder:to taste


15.garam masala :to taste


 METHOD:

1.Cut paneer into square

2.grind onion,ginger,garlic to make a fine paste


3.make the puree with tomato


4.grind cashew nut with milk to form paste


5.heat oil in a pan


6.cook the onion,ginger,garlic paste and saute till golden brown


7.add tomato puree(homemade and market made),chili powder,cumin powder and stir it


8.add beaten cream and cashew nut paste and little water is added


9.add paneer cubes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes


10.remove from fire and garnish it with garam masala and green chili and serve hot

Hi Megha, I went thru some of your recipe blogs, seems to be delicious, especially your Shahi Paneer looks very delicious, very tempting too.
