SHAHI PANEER

Hey frnds when guests or relatives comes over  to over your place this is the perfect dish to be served .i.e.shahi panner .so do try this also.The ingredients used and the method is given below:

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING SHAHI PANEER:


1.Paneer :1/2 kg


2.tomatoes large:5


3.tomato puree:1/2 pkt to 1 pkt


4.cream:1/2 cup


5.onion:1 to 2 large


6.garlic:5 cloves


7.ginger:1 small piece


8.green chilies:2 to 3


9.cahew nut:10 to 15


10.milk:1 cup


11.oil:for frying


12.salt:to taste


13.red chili powder:1/2 tsp


14.cumin powder:to taste


15.garam masala :to taste


 METHOD:

1.Cut paneer into square

2.grind onion,ginger,garlic to make a fine paste


3.make the puree with tomato


4.grind cashew nut with milk to form paste


5.heat oil in a pan


6.cook the onion,ginger,garlic paste and saute till golden brown


7.add tomato puree(homemade and market made),chili powder,cumin powder and stir it


8.add beaten cream and cashew nut paste and little water is added


9.add paneer cubes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes


10.remove from fire and garnish it with garam masala and green chili and serve hot

Summer Cooler Macroni Salad


Guys and Gals when its very hot and some of your 4 to 5 Frnds Are Coming to your place ,So What do u think we should make them eat?n theyare also feeling hungry and juz a soft Drink will not make their hunger go and at the same time its hot also n yourfrnds don't feel like eating something hot.So Guys and Gals m introducing to you SUMMER COOLER MACRONI SALAD ,the best salad to hv the in the peak of summers and i can assure your frnds very like.its very easy to make and this salad is refreshing.The ingredients used and the method is given below:
Summer cooler macroni salad:
Ingredients required :
1.macroni:100gm
2.mint leaves:2 bundles(25 gm)

3.tomatoes:5 to 6(350gm)
4.cottage cheese(paneer):100gm
5.oregano:1/2tsp

FOR FRENCH DRESSING:

1.vinegar:7 to 8 tsp
2olive oil:5 tsp
3. salt:pinch of salt
4.mustard powder:1/4 tsp
5.white pepper powder:1/4 tsp

METHOD:


1.Boil the macroni.after boiling strain the macroni
2.after that put into the salad bowl
3.add chopped tomatoes,cottage cheese,and oregano
4.And at the time of serving put the french dressing and the ingredients of french dresing have to be churned in the mixi then they hv to be put in the macroni salad.




NOTE:do not put dressing before only because at the peak of summers the dressing drys up put at the time of serving only wen ur frnds are about to eat the macroni salad

south indian style aloo

Frnds this is my new innovation,south indian style aloo.i hope u all will like it.

Ingredients required :

1.potatoes:5 to 6 medium size or large(boiled),cut into cubes

2.curry leaves:9 to 10 curry leaves required

3.black mustard seeds(black rye)

4.oil:for  frying

5.red  chilies whole:2 
  
6.salt:to taste

7.turmeric powder(haldi):2 to 3 tsp

8. tomatoes:3 to 4 chopped

9.onions:chopped into long thin slices, requires 2 onions
  
10.red chili powder:1/2 tsp
Method:

1.heat oil in a kadhai,put oil in it

2.when the oil heats up,put black mustard seeds in it(black rye)

3.then put red chilies whole in it


4.after dat put curry leaves in it and it will splutter so after putting curry leaves juz for a second move away from the fire


5.then after 1 second put chopped thin slices onions


6.then let the onions turn golden brown


7.when the onions have turned golden brown put chopped tomatoes


8.when the tomatoes turn soft then put boil potatoes in it ,


9.then u put salt,red chili powder powder,and haldi(turmeric powder)


10.transfer this into a serving bowl and garnish it with curry leaves and serve hot AND ENJOY THE FOOD

SPICY CHILI PANEER(CHINESE STYLE)

SPICY CHILI  PANEER:(chinese style)

INGREDIENTS  REQUIRED FOR MAKING SPICY CHILI PANEER:

This is a great recipe for spice lover ppl.ppl who dont have too much of spice can use less of chillies in it .believe me in this recipe if u put less of chillies also it will taste good.so non spicy ppl u can try this recipe by putting less of chillies,and for spice lover ppl this is the best recipe.ie SPICY CHILI PANEER.MUST TRY IT

1.Paneer:150 gm to 200 gm(Cut into Cubes)

2.green chilies slit half cross -sectional and cut in length:5 to 6

3.onions diced into long thin strips: 1 full onion required

4.capsicum diced into long thin strips:2 capsicum required

5.soya sauce:4 to 5 tsp

6.ginger,garlic paste:3 to 4 tsp

7.sugar:1/2tsp


8.salt:to taste


9.black pepper:to taste


10.oil:for frying


11.ajinomoto: 3 to 4 tsp

12.Cornflour paste:4 to 5 tsp
u mix water or milk any one with cornflour it forms a cornflour paste


13.tomato puree:less than half pkt required

14.chilli sauce:1 to 2 tsp

  METHOD OF MAKING SPICY CHILI PANEER:

1.Take a pan,heat the oil in it

2.Add the green chilies and ginger garlic paste

3. Then add onions and saute till they become golden brown

4.Then add capsicum in it and fry till they are tender

5.Then add tomato puree in it

6.Now put cornflour paste to make the gravy little thick

7.now add all the sauces that is soya sauce,vinegar and chili sauce

8.then after that add salt, black pepper and ajinomoto  

9.then finally at the end put paneer  cubes.

10.garnish it with 2 green chilies as shown in the pic below

veg hara bhara kabab



Frnds this my experience which m sharing with you . Last year, like this year it was raining ,and in the rainy season wanted to have Something Hot snacky stuff,with tea.I was bored having pakodas as now now it has become ordinary item and nothing special about it anymore.Then finally i discovered,my innovation veg hara bhara kabab,which we can have in rainy season and for people who are diet conscious ,dont deep fry it,but you can shallow fry it in less oil.so frnds do try this in rainy season you will enjoy having and this is the best time as rainy season is going on.


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING HARA BHARA KABAB:(VEG)

1. Peas (boil): 250gm

2.potatoes (boil ):5 to 6 large

3.spinach (boil):2 cup

4.ginger:2 to 3 tsp

5.green chillies chopped small:1/2 tsp

6.green corriander:2tsp

7.bread crumbs:1 cup(for binding and coating it)

8.cornflour:5 to 6 tsp(for binding it)

9. oil:for shallow fry

10.salt:to taste

11.red chilli powder:1/2tsp

12.garam masala:1 tsp

13.chat masala :1 to 2 tsp

METHOD:

1.Mash the boiled peas and and blend the spinach without adding any water.mix the mashed peas ,spinach puree,potatoes,green chillies,green corriander,salt,red chilli powder and the remaining ingredients.

2.Divide into equal portions and shape into medallions (round shape ball)

3.Heat oil in a frying pan to smoking point ,shallow fry until crispy and golden brown on both sides.Remove and drain excess oil.

4.Arrange neatly on a serving platter and serve hot accompanied by mint chutney(pudina chutney)

CHICKEN PASTA IN CHEESY WHITE SAUCE

CHICKEN  PASTA IN CHEESY WHITE SAUCE:

 Ingredients  required  for making white sauce:

1.white flour(maida):3 to 4 tbsp

2.crushed garlic:2 to 3 tsp


3.butter:1 to 2 tbsp


4.milk:less than half glass


5.salt:to taste


6.cheese cubes(grated):2 to 3 tsp


7.black pepper:to taste


8.oregano:to taste


9.water:little bit


Method of making white sauce:

1.Take a pan,heat it and put butter in it .

2.when butter is melted in the pan,put crushed garlic.

3.when garlic turns little bit dark yellow ,then add maida(white flour)

4.when the maida turns light yellow,switch of the gas and put milk in it

5.now you will see that after putting milk lumps are forming and sauce is becoming thick

6.so,now you will put little bit water so that sauce is not so thick

7.now boil the sauce which you have made.

8.again you will see lumps are forming little bit,so you will little bit put more water.

9.the consistency of the sauce should be smooth and little bit thick.

10.when your sauce is ready,put salt,pepper,oregano and grated cheese.

11.and transfer this sauce in the serving bowl and keep aside for sometime.



Ingredients required for making chicken pasta:

1.chicken(boiled and shredded):5 to 6 tbsp for putting in the white sauce:


2.fusilli pasta(boiled): one bowl


a.now the white sauce which  you have made,put chicken in it(shredded and boiled ) in it

b.then at the end put boiled pasta in it or any form of pasta.

c.and garnish it with grated cheese.


d.and serve it hot

RUSSIAN SALAD


RUSSIAN SALAD:


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR RUSSIAN SALAD:

1 MAYONISE(HOMEMADE OR MARKET MADE): 1 CUP


2.BEANS CHOPPED SMALL(BOILED): LESS THAN HALF CUP

3. POTATOES(BOILED) AND CHOPPED:1

4.APPLE CHOPPED:1

5. CABBAGE SHREDED: I SMALL

6.CARROT BOILED AND CHOPPED:LESS THAN HALF CUP

7.VINEGAR:3 TO 4 TSP

8.SALT AND PEPPER:TO TASTE



METHOD

1.TAKE ONE CUP OF MAYONISE.ADD,ALL THE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES (MENTIONED ABOVE)INTO MAYONISE AND TOSS PROPERLY .

2.ALSO ADD ALL THE SEASONINGS AND PUT IN A BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR FEW HOURS.

3.SPREAD THE SHREDDED CABBAGE IN A SERVING PLATE AND SPRINKLE LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER AND VINEGAR OR LEMON JUICE AND TOSS.

4.REMOULD THE REFRIGERATE SALAD IN THE CENTER OF THE SHREDDED CABBAGE AND DECORATE WITH SLICES OF TOMATO AND CUCUMBER AND CUT FLOWERS OF EGG AND TOMATO .

5.SERVE CHILL .

greenhouse sandwich

GREENHOUSE SANDWICH WITH A DASH OF CHEESE GRATED:

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING GREENHOUSE SANDWICH :

1.Sandwich bread:1pkt


2.pudina chutnet(homemade or market made):4 to 5 tsp for making one sandwich


3.mustard sauce:4 to 5 tsp for making one sandwich


4.lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves:1 to 2 leaves for one sandwich


5.cheese grated:4 to 5 tsp for making one sandwich


6.capsicum:4 to 5 tsp for making one sandwich


method of making greenhouse sandwich:


1.first take one layer of sandwich bread.In that ,spread pudina chutney,and mustard sauce


2.now take another layer of sandwich bread and put after the first layer of sandwich bread.and in this layer ,spread lettuce leaves,capsicum grated,and cheese grated.


3.now take 3 layer of sandwich bread and put after the 2 layer of sandwich bread


4.now your greenhouse sandwich is ready
