south indian style aloo

Frnds this is my new innovation,south indian style aloo.i hope u all will like it.

Ingredients required :

1.potatoes:5 to 6 medium size or large(boiled),cut into cubes

2.curry leaves:9 to 10 curry leaves required

3.black mustard seeds(black rye)

4.oil:for  frying

5.red  chilies whole:2 
  
6.salt:to taste

7.turmeric powder(haldi):2 to 3 tsp

8. tomatoes:3 to 4 chopped

9.onions:chopped into long thin slices, requires 2 onions
  
10.red chili powder:1/2 tsp
Method:

1.heat oil in a kadhai,put oil in it

2.when the oil heats up,put black mustard seeds in it(black rye)

3.then put red chilies whole in it


4.after dat put curry leaves in it and it will splutter so after putting curry leaves juz for a second move away from the fire


5.then after 1 second put chopped thin slices onions


6.then let the onions turn golden brown


7.when the onions have turned golden brown put chopped tomatoes


8.when the tomatoes turn soft then put boil potatoes in it ,


9.then u put salt,red chili powder powder,and haldi(turmeric powder)


10.transfer this into a serving bowl and garnish it with curry leaves and serve hot AND ENJOY THE FOOD
