Eggless whole wheat jaggery cake

 Ingredients:-

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup melted jaggery
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup  curd
3/4 cup milk (room temperature)
Chopped mixed nuts (flaxseeds/sesame seeds/walnuts/cashews/etc/of your choice


Method:-
1.In a bowl,take the whole wheat flour(atta),add baking soda and baking powder to it.

2.Further add melted jaggery (gur),and curd and mix with a silicon spatula nicely.

3.Further add chopped nuts.

4.Further add milk gradually and fold the mixture and add milk to reach the consistency of a thick (not very thick )cake like batter.

5.Grease a cake tin.

6.preheat oven to 180 degree celsicuis

7.transfer cake batter into the greased mould .

8.place the cake tin into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 mins-30 mins or when the toothpick comes out clean.
